Newsletter 17th August 2018

Hi All,
Well the first few weeks of registrations being open has seen over 350 registrations received, which is great - it shows the event will be another success for sure.
However, only one issue and that is that a number of you have completed the registration but not completed the payment, which is giving Aimee, who is handling registration, a ton of unnecessary work.  So please, those who haven’t sent payment yet, please sort.  And those who obviously are yet to register, please ensure you complete your payment at the same time as your registration.
Things are well in place with a number of minor improvements.  The Friday breakfast and farewell dinner will be another hit, as will the outdoor welcome gathering with band, bar and food on the Wednesday afternoon on our return from Opunake.
Keep the registrations coming in early please.
