Pukeiti Gardens
A visit to Pukeiti
We’re excited to once again feature a visit to the spectacular Pukeiti Gardens as part of the Americarna 2027 programme on Wednesday 24 February.
Nestled between Mount Taranaki and the Kaitake Ranges, Pukeiti is one of the world’s largest and most diverse gardens, home to an extraordinary collection of rhododendrons and exotic plants, surrounded by lush native rainforest. Whether you’re a garden lover or simply curious to explore a new part of Taranaki, this exclusive event offers an oppurtunity to experience something special.
You’ll get to enjoy the natural beauty of Pukeiti at your own pace, soak in the peaceful setting and enjoy the gardens.
There are two group options for this event, with a limit of 50 vehicles per group.
- Group 1 – Enjoy exploring the gardens, before heading on to Ōpunake
- Group 2 – Enjoy exploring the gardens. This group will not continue onto Ōpunake.
Spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-in, first-served basis.
** Please note that Group 1 will arrive slightly late to the Ōpunake event and Group 2 will not be going to Ōpunake at all.
